Risk Management Renewal Specialist">

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Renewal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full renewal process, including outbound calls, documentation, and protection reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full renewal process, including outbound calls, documentation, and protection reviews.
  • Provide accurate personal protection quotations and process changes to existing protections.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify member needs and match them with the right protection solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to achieve positive sales outcomes.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for sales and marketing.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience and ASIC RG 146 Tier 1 qualification.
  • Desirable: Insurance industry experience.
