The RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our People & Culture team in Sydney, where you'll partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
You'll be the primary point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and talent development within designated business units, providing strategic advice and coaching to managers on leadership, workforce planning, and talent & succession planning.
Key responsibilities include collaborating on business transformation initiatives, leading people & culture projects focused on employee engagement, retention, and organizational development, and driving key people projects, including policy reviews, process improvements, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
You'll utilize people data and analytics to influence decision-making and measure the effectiveness of people strategies, while overseeing compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in People & Culture advisory or business partnering roles, ideally within the technology sector
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing projects and delivering initiatives within a dynamic environment
