Job Title: Experienced Field Service Technician Wide

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team in Brisbane, AU.

The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering and possess excellent technical skills. The role involves driving to clients to provide on-site support, training, and troubleshooting services for Mimaki products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level technical support for Mimaki products in the region;
  • Resolving issues relating to software, hardware, and configuration;
  • Effectively analyzing issues and collecting necessary data to resolve support service requests;
  • Working closely with other Service Technicians to resolve customer issues;
  • Maintaining and updating customers' issues in a call tracking database;
  • Participating in conference calls as necessary to resolve customers' issues;
  • Accomplishing departmental and organizational mission by completing related results as necessary;

Requirements:

  • Owning a car and having a valid driver's license;
  • A full-time position, working Monday to Friday;
