Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

This is a dynamic leadership role that requires the ability to motivate and guide a team of up to 40 staff members in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including dispatch, receipting, stock rotation, and HACCP compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support three direct supervisors and their teams across transport, picking, and stock control.">
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.">
  • Drive a cultural reset through coaching, clear communication, and consistent leadership.">
  • Coordinate stock movement, storage, and system receipting in partnership with the Stock Controller.">
  • Monitor and schedule vehicle and building maintenance.">
  • Manage site rostering, overtime tracking, and support payroll reporting.">
  • Promote and maintain a safe, compliant, and audit-ready environment.">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess proven experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced operations or warehouse environment. They will be a natural coach and leader, skilled in upskilling, mentoring, and getting the best out of their people. Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple functions and shift patterns are essential.
