Warehouse Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities, ensuring the delivery of accurate and complete orders, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including loading and unloading goods, picking and packing orders, organising receipts, storage and dispatching of goods
  • Support management in scheduling work tasks
  • Ensure service delivery is professional, courteous and friendly
  • Make decisions, meet targets and key performance indicators
  • Provide customer assistance for telephone and sales enquiries
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, safety and cleanliness

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A current driver's license
  • A valid forklift operator's license
  • Solid computer skills
  • Problem-solving skills with initiative to improve quality and efficiency
  • Effective time management skills to handle heavy workloads and prioritise tasks
  • Consistently professional, fair and responsible attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in warehousing

This role requires a hands-on approach to managing warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day tasks and effective communication with stakeholders.
