Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in solutions engineering, architecture, or technical consulting
  • Strong foundation in AI/ML, including machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI) and ability to communicate value to diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and modern data stacks, with comfort discussing governance, security, and integration
  • Proven track record in leveraging REST APIs and SDKs to build robust, scalable solutions
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or SQL, or Salesforce development frameworks like Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain sophisticated ideas and guide partners toward impactful solutions
