Project Manager

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, both internal and external.
  • Deliver projects and programs safely, efficiently, and within scope, time, and budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental, and risk management.
  • Oversee procurement, contract management, and governance processes.
  • Prepare business cases and reports for senior leadership and the Board.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, workforce planning, and resource forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, change control, and reporting standards.
  • Support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management is required. You should also have Diploma in Project Management or equivalent experience, as well as Project Management certification (e.g. PMI PMP, PRINCE2).

Desirable qualifications:

  • White Card, Driver's License
  • Contract Management or WHS qualifications
  • Auditing experience
Experience
  • Extensive experience in construction and infrastructure project delivery.
  • Proven leadership in managing large, complex programs.
  • Strong background in contract negotiation and administration.
  • Skilled in business case development and strategic planning.
