Rehabilitation Expert

Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to work collaboratively with various stakeholders including employees, medical specialists, and allied health professionals to facilitate effective rehabilitation plans.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments incorporating functional capacity evaluations, worksite analyses, and activities of daily living assessments.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor tailored rehabilitation programs.

This position prioritizes a holistic approach to care, emphasizing genuine person-centred focus and goal setting. Service delivery outcomes drive our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), not billable hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

  • Expertise in conducting functional capacity evaluations and worksite analyses.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

A degree in a relevant field such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or psychology is highly desirable.
