Job Role Overview:

This strategic position is responsible for overseeing the sales process by managing contracts from initiation to closure. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with customers and partners.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives and comply with internal policies.

A key responsibility of this role is timely and accurate processing of contract documentation to support deal closure and revenue recognition.

This includes identifying and mitigating risks in sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, service levels, and liability clauses.

Maintaining a centralized repository of sales contracts and tracking key terms, obligations, and renewal dates is critical to success in this role.

Additionally, guiding sales teams on contract processes, standard terms, and negotiation strategies, as well as supporting continuous improvement of contract templates, workflows, and approval processes, are essential responsibilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CCCM or CPCM are beneficial.
  • Knowledge of contract law and regulations.
  • Experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or building industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial business acumen and judgment.
