Job Title: Asset Investment Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to support our real estate investing team. As an Asset Investment Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us identify and capitalize on investment opportunities across multiple product types in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence of potential investments
  • Assist in the development of investment strategies and business plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deal execution and asset management


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or real estate
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
