Cleanliness Ambassador

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces to exceed our guests' expectations.
Clean and prepare rooms for new arrivals, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms and replenishing linen as required.
Empty wastebins, replace liners and maintain a clean environment in all areas of the hotel.
Clean and polish floors, furniture and fixtures, and ensure that all surfaces are dust-free and sparkling.
Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
Requirements- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, push heavy carts and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
