About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional guest experience and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning rooms consistently to required standards and within timeframes;
  • Maintaining store rooms in a clean and tidy manner at all times;
  • Inspecting facilities, furniture, and fixtures, reporting any maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately;
  • Ensuring trolleys are presented neatly, with no soiled linen in corridors or on top of trolleys;
  • Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment during shifts and after use;
  • Recording and reporting lost property found in guest rooms as soon as possible.

You will be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have a passion for providing excellent guest experience;
  • Have previous housekeeping experience in a hotel (preferably);
  • Can demonstrate excellent communication skills;
  • Able to work well in a team and have a strong understanding of work health and safety compliance;
  • Are reliable and flexible with days and hours available to work, fitting in with business needs.
