Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its machine learning operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy and manage machine learning models through MLOps pipelines, leveraging Azure tools like AKS, Azure ML, and Data Factory for automation and scaling.

- Collaborate with data scientists to prepare models for production, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

- Monitor, optimize, and retrain models post-deployment, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

- Build CI/CD pipelines for smooth ML workflows, automating tasks and reducing manual errors.

- Design and optimize data pipelines with data engineers, maximizing data flow and efficiency.

- Ensure security and industry standards are met, maintaining detailed documentation of processes and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years' experience in machine learning, MLOps, or related fields, with proven ability to deploy ML models at scale in production environments.

- Strong Python skills, experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Skilled in building data pipelines with Azure Data Factory and Apache Spark, with strong SQL expertise for data management and analysis.
