We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead key projects across Home and Motor Claims. Using data, AI, and ML, you'll enhance claims performance, optimise cost management, and shape the future of claims management.

  • Lead and deliver strategic Data Science projects across Home & Motor Claims
  • Guide a team of analytics partners through AI/ML initiatives
  • Design and implement scalable predictive models and advanced analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into operational outcomes
  • Partner with Tech & Ops teams to enhance our data infrastructure
  • Identify and lead high-impact AI/ML opportunities ('Value Hunts')
  • Ensure compliance, ethical use, and governance of all data science outputs
  • Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Actuarial, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science)
  • 5+ years' experience in Data Science or related advanced analytics roles
  • Proven experience solving commercial problems using machine learning and AI
  • Strong capability in Python, Databricks, and DBT
  • Experience working with unstructured data, LLMs, or NLP frameworks highly regarded
  • Commercial focus and a growth mindset
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
