Product Management Role

This strategic position is responsible for managing a specific product portfolio, relating to both upstream and downstream activities. Key contributors must work cross-functionally within the organization and effectively with external stakeholders to execute company product development and manage all aspects of product commercialization support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of specific product lines and working cross-functionally & regionally with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Supporting and driving 3 – 5-year strategic plans for the product line and developing potential for synergistic devices and strategic partnerships.
  • Leading market assessment, product development, commercialization strategy, and required activities throughout the product life cycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the marketplace, including developing presentations and attending trade shows.
  • Collaborating closely with regional marketing teams, research teams, application support, service, and personnel.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Recommended 5 years of work experience in a product management/product marketing capacity.
  • Minimum 3 years of medical device experience, IVF laboratory device preferred.
  • Highly focused and results-oriented individuals able to identify goals and priorities, resolve issues, and work independently and in a close team environment.

Travel opportunities exist, including evenings and weekends, and some international travel may be required.

Requirements
  • Strong relationships with KOLs and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to calculate, balance, analyze sales and marketing data, prepare detailed reports, and communicate expert opinions on behalf of company products.
