At Concentric Rehab Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Mentor in Paediatric Development.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior paediatric occupational therapist to provide clinical mentoring to junior staff members, contribute to process development, and champion multidisciplinary teamwork. As a key member of our CQD team, you will work alongside other senior mentors to progress our mission and achieve clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultations to clinicians and clients, ensuring high-quality therapy outcomes.
  • Develop and implement clinical mentoring programs to support professional growth and best practice within the team.
  • Contribute to process development, innovative practice, and education sessions to enhance client understanding and support worker skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, staying up-to-date with NDIS and community sector regulatory changes.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to stay informed and share knowledge.

Requirements
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational therapy, including working with children under 2.
  • Current APHRA registration and valid Australian driver's license.
  • Experience in the Paediatric NDIS field and mentoring/supervising clinicians.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum
