We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Mentor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior therapist to provide clinical guidance and support to junior colleagues, while also contributing to the development of our services.

About the Role

This is a permanent role, with flexible full-time or part-time hours available. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical mentoring to junior therapists, working within our Concentric Clinical Quality Development (CQD) team, and contributing to the progress of our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical mentoring to junior therapists, including one-on-one supervision and coaching
  • Work closely with other senior mentors to develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Contribute to process development and innovative practice within the paediatric occupational therapy field
  • Support the development of our multidisciplinary team, promoting effective teamwork and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors

Requirements
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in occupational therapy, including experience working with children under the age of 2
  • Current APHRA registration
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Experience within the Paediatric NDIS Field
  • Experience Mentoring / Supervising Clinicians
