Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our Triage Team, you will play a critical role in providing personalized health management support and advice to employees who have sustained injuries at work.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing initial early intervention triage with clients, supporting both physical and mental health services
  • Undertaking coordination of supports and wellbeing services for a highly engaged and motivated client population
  • Supporting clients with empathy and expertise to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals
  • Coordinating relevant case activity, including liaison with stakeholders and provision of email updates
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An experienced Allied Health (Physio, Osteo, Chiro, OT, EP etc) practitioner with full registration or a Registered Nurse
  • A caring and empathic nature
  • Experience in care coordination or occupational rehabilitation desirable
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT and time management skills
  • Strong customer service focus
