Job Title: Train Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team in Dubbo. As a Train Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for vehicle assembly and fitting components in various stages of assembly on the production line.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Follow specifications and other instructions and procedures to accurately assemble components on the production line using a variety of tools and equipment.
  2. Support quality, productivity and process improvement initiatives.
  3. Carry out lean production activities.
  4. Record and report faults to relevant areas of production.
  5. Perform work quality checks to ensure product meets quality and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need to possess a tertiary qualification relevant to the position, such as certified accreditation in Mechanical or Electrical field; or workplace experience in relevant industries (Engineering, Automotive, Rail Construction, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Electrical/Electronics, Construction, Civil construction).

Experience with office management software (MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word) is also desirable.
