As a skilled Train Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production line of our train assembly process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components on the production line using various tools and equipment, following specifications and instructions to ensure high-quality products.
  • Sustain quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives by carrying out lean production activities and collaborating with colleagues to optimize workflows.
  • Document and report faults to relevant areas, conduct work quality checks to guarantee products meet rigorous safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized safe work environment, adhering to company housekeeping processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks according to established plans and procedures.
  • Employ problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team to drive continuous improvement of products and processes.
  • Engage in training relevant to the role and across teams, providing expertise and supporting colleagues in other areas as necessary.
  • Train and mentor others on process and job role requirements to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Comply with risk assessment and Health & Safety regulations at all times.
