Job Overview

As a Senior Programmatic Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the programmatic strategy for our clients and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will be responsible for managing complex programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, advising on supply-side strategies, and translating technical details into clear commercial recommendations that drive business outcomes.

About You
  • 9+ years of experience in programmatic advertising with a strong background in DV360 and SSPs.
  • Proven track record in managing PMP deals, inventory, and yield optimization.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience in a trading or programmatic team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead programmatic delivery and optimization across DV360, ensuring campaigns perform at the highest standard.
  • Advise on supply-side strategy, including SSP selection, PMP structuring, and inventory/yield optimization.
  • Translate technical programmatic detail into clear, commercial recommendations that influence senior decision-makers.
  • Manage and mentor a trading team, ensuring alignment to consulting standards and building depth in capability.
