Clinical Genetics Specialist

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Advanced Trainee Clinical Genetics professional to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop their skills and expertise in clinical genetics, working under supervision to provide high-quality medical services to patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing effective and efficient medical services within the objectives and philosophies of the Paediatric & Reproductive Genetics Unit (PRGU) and Adult Genetics Unit (AGU).
- Working under supervision to provide medical care to public and private inpatients and outpatients.
- Participating in teaching and research activities.
- Encouraging teamwork amongst staff for optimal clinical service outcomes.
In addition to providing excellent patient care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of cases and contribute to the development of our genetics units.

Rotations following the initial 12-month allocation will be determined in line with your training and SA Health's requirements, which may include transfer to other SA Health locations to perform work appropriate to classification, skills, and capabilities.
