Job Title: Compensation Analyst

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our organisation. As a key member, you will play a significant part in assisting to consolidate remuneration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyse remuneration data, meeting team and business requirements
  • Complete calculations and analyses according to standard remuneration processes (e.g incentive calculations, remuneration reviews)
  • Plan and prepare for remuneration cycle events
  • Budgeting, including FTEs and headcount management
  • Metrics reporting framework for long and short-term goals
  • Prepare data for system integration
  • Provide insights, identify discrepancies and highlight priorities
  • Offer recommendations and support the team in crucial decision-making
Requirements:
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data manipulation ability
  • Previous Remuneration/HR Analytics experience within a similar capacity
  • Proactive nature and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems is advantageous
