Our Facilities Management team at Knight Frank Australia is looking for a skilled Retail Facilities Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client service, fostering strong tenant relationships, preparing and managing reports, overseeing contracts, and achieving set objectives.

You'll conduct weekly presentation inspections, procure services, manage essential services, develop preventative maintenance programs, and build strong relationships with clients and tenants. Your success will depend on your ability to provide exceptional client service, foster strong tenant relationships, and achieve set objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of commercial/retail experience in the facilities and/or property industry, with significant work experience and demonstrated success in a similar role or related industry.
