A dynamic leader is required to oversee airport operations and ensure seamless execution of flights.


About This Role

This key position provides strategic leadership, direction, and support to a team of professionals to achieve outstanding results in safety, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service delivery.


Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of flight operations, including customer services, ramp and baggage handling, operations, catering, security, and premium services.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure safe and efficient aircraft turnaround activities.
  • Assign responsibilities, delegate tasks, and disseminate policies to supervisors and team leads.
  • Resolve service and operational issues escalated by supervisors and work groups.
  • Monitor and analyze operational irregularities, develop corrective action plans, and compile reports.
  • Manage critical situations, including responses to escalations and emergencies.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards of safety and quality, fostering continuous improvement to elevate performance and service delivery outcomes.
  • Take overall responsibility for meeting strategic goals in operational performance and cost control.
  • Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and airport authorities on behalf of the organization.
  • Address daily operational issues and address negative performance with relevant teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stations to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and build team engagement and capability to improve team performance.
