Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Educational Leader to join our team and inspire best-practice education in early childhood settings.

This role is about influencing and innovating our approach to early childhood education, working within our approved learning frameworks.

Your role as part of our Centre Leadership team enables you to challenge, inspire, mentor, and lead to improve our educational programs and practice.

You will be crucial to how we support Educators through ongoing professional learning and provide clear curriculum direction to ensure the best outcomes for children.

  • Leading Programming: Working in high-quality, well-resourced environments where you lead programming and collaborate on resourcing decisions.
  • Building Capacity: Build and influence the professional capacity and skills within the network as part of the Centre Leadership Team.
  • Curriculum Development: Lead the development and implementation of the Curriculum in the centre.
  • Mentoring and Support: Mentoring and support programs, including EdLeaders meetings that provide a professional learning community across our network to learn from and with one another.

The Educational Leader role is about educational leadership. You motivate team members, guiding and inspiring our Educators and Teachers towards best practices in teaching Your mentorship fosters excellence in education for the benefit of our children and families.
