Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-voltage testing, commissioning, and asset management services across major energy infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full asset lifecycle from commissioning to decommissioning and leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational excellence, quality, safety, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate testing and commissioning activities for HV assets and SCADA/EMS/DMS/TMS systems
  • Oversee a national team of engineers and technicians across multiple projects and locations
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, project deliverables, and quality assurance
  • Champion asset management strategies that maximise operational life and performance
  • Drive improvements through technology adoption and streamlined processes
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and regulatory standards

Requirements
  • Extensive technical experience in high voltage commissioning, testing, and asset management
  • Strong leadership and team management background in an engineering or field services setting
  • Experience working with SCADA, EMS, DMS, or TMS systems
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel nationally as required
  • Electrical engineering qualifications or equivalent industry experience
