Job Overview

This leadership role is focused on driving operational excellence and ensuring the effective delivery of maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of supervisors and tradespeople to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver operations and maintenance objectives.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of asset management initiatives.
  • Own budget performance and contribute to annual business planning and reporting.
  • Champion best practice health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) management and promote a culture of excellence across all sites.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations or maintenance management within the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or similar industries.
  • Relevant trade qualification (mechanical/electrical) within fuel operations is essential.
  • Prior experience in Defence Fuels is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Australian citizenship is necessary for NV-1 security clearance.
