Maintenance Operations Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader to oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise a team in a Heavy Diesel Mechanical environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of teams for breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
  • Provide hands-on leadership and support to the crew
  • Foster a strong safety culture on site
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet site targets
  • Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are achieved safely, on time

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a mining environment
  • Strong mobile equipment maintenance background (diagnostics & repairs)
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability principles, and safety legislation
  • Proactive leadership with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights
