Care Associate

We are seeking dedicated Care Associates to provide high-quality support to clients with complex needs in their homes, SIL and the community.

About Your New Role

In this permanent part-time opportunity, you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks, supporting mental health challenges, and being a trusted companion.

About You
  • You have experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges.
  • You excel in complex support environments, including SIL, In Home, Clinical Settings, and Community Access.
  • You can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations.

You will be required to work across a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts. A current Open Driver's Licence is also necessary for this role.
