About the Role

As a dedicated caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for providing quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents in accordance with our values.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal care services such as assisting with showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
  • Provide assistance with mobility issues, including helping residents walk, using mobility aids, or transferring between positions.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and observations, ensuring the well-being of residents.
  • Support residents with dietary requirements and assist them in eating.
What We're Looking For
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • An adaptable and passionate attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Collaborative team player skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
