HR Coordinator Job Description

At DCL Recruitment, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and information systems
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating training and orientation programs
  • Support the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and reference checks
  • Update and maintain company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate staff engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members

Requirements:

  • Relevant HR tertiary qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
