About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Associate, focusing on day-to-day operational elements across our investment portfolio and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reporting deliverables.

This is a hands-on role that involves handling financial transactions, valuations, and regulatory reporting obligations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process investment-related transactions and valuations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure compliance with investment mandate and regulatory reporting obligations
  • Monitor and reconcile cash flow requirements and balances
  • Prepare month-end work papers for regular reporting cycles
  • Reconcile key balances and investment data
  • Assist with reporting obligations and year-end financial reporting and audits
  • Collaborate with senior team members on operational tasks, reporting activities, and business initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Commerce, or equivalent
  • Completing or completed CA or CPA qualification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience post graduate, preferably in financial services
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with ability to adapt and learn systems quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to be an active contributor to a high performing team
