We are seeking an Associate to join our Banking and Finance team in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to work on complex and innovative finance transactions, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our team.

Job Description:
  • We are looking for an experienced Associate with 3+ years of experience to work on varied, complex, and innovative finance transactions including corporate finance, secured and unsecured financing, property and construction finance, and other real estate financing transactions.
  • The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior lawyers to deliver high-quality results on complex finance transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Develop expertise in specific areas of finance law

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Associate in a law firm
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
