We are seeking an experienced accounts professional to manage trust accounts and provide financial support to our national finance team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing of transactions, receipts, payments, and settlements;
- Reconciliations and management of trust account records in accordance with statutory requirements;
- Training of staff on trust processes and accounting programs;
- Liaising with auditors and communicating with stakeholders;
- Periodic reporting and lodgements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years' experience preferably within a law firm environment;
- Excellent accuracy and time management skills;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and experience with practice management systems.
