Job Title: Financial Accounting Manager

The Financial Accounting Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This position requires strong technical accounting skills, as well as leadership and management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and submission of financial reports to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on financial matters
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and compliance with organizational goals

Requirements:

  • CPA/CA/ICAA qualified or international equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a senior accounting role
  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Proven leadership and management abilities
