Senior Project Manager Job Description

This senior project manager role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations across all aspects of our remote infrastructure projects, including concrete, earthworks, roadworks, and piping works.

As a senior project manager, you will be accountable for driving best practice talent acquisition and building high-performance teams. You will provide visible leadership, direction, and support to project teams and ensure compliance with project HSE policies and management plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining key client relationships with Tier 1 mining clients.
  • Developing and executing successful project strategies from award through execution to completion and close-out.
  • Ensuring effective allocation of people, plant, and equipment, and driving best practice talent acquisition and workforce redeployment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree qualification in Civil Engineering or similar field.
  • Experience in project management of Earthworks and Concrete projects in the range of $10-80Million.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to manage remote project teams.
