As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day store operations, including sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage. You will motivate and develop your team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Manage wage budgets and rosters in line with company standards and guidelines
- Champion team development through training, coaching, and succession planning
- Create a strong, positive store culture focused on results, learning, and wellbeing
- Build community engagement through partnerships and relationships
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance in line with national and state requirements
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment is required. You must have a confident, hands-on approach and a passion for leading from the front. Experience developing high-performing teams and inspiring a culture of success is essential.
