About Us

We are seeking a Student Experience Advisor to join our team and provide expert guidance and support to our students. This pivotal role will focus on delivering exceptional non-academic support, helping students navigate our systems and processes, both in-person on campus and online. As the first point of contact for non-academic student inquiries, you will play a key role in enhancing the student experience.

This position will be based at our Sydney campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Experience: Serve as the single point of contact for all non-academic student inquiries.
  • Resolve student queries through effective case management and maintain accurate records.
