Job Summary:

About the Role:

  • Support the campaign delivery executives with daily administration tasks, including managing data and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the offshore team to track audience delivery across various broadcast television assets.
  • Communicate regularly with the manager and sales team to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Provide guidance to the managed services team on campaign deliverables and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry rules and regulations affecting TV advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role or customer-facing position.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using CRM tools is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines accurately.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
