Job Overview:

Collaboration with an offshore team is essential to manage and track audience delivery across various broadcast television assets.

  • Effective communication and collaboration with managers and sales teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Utilizing systems and tools to support day-to-day campaign management.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members regarding campaign deliverables and deadlines.
  • Understanding regulations related to TV advertising and their impact on campaigns and the broader business.
  • Assisting the Advanced Advertising team with ad hoc tasks as requested.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using CRM tools is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
