Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team to deliver high-quality disability services.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for your team.
  • Take ownership of key management responsibilities, including budgets, rosters, and team performance.
  • Champion human rights-based practices in your team's approach.
