About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to join our school community at Cleveland Education & Training Centre (CETC). The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to providing quality learning outcomes for all students, while upholding the values of socially just practices in daily school life.

As a Deputy Principal, you will play a key role in supporting the Principal to lead the school community towards achieving its shared educational vision. This includes deputising for the Principal when required, setting high standards for student and staff performance, and embedding values-based practices in daily school life.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of building trusting relationships with students, parents, and staff. They will be passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, think critically, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
