This exciting opportunity for a Children's Services Manager is responsible for managing a cluster of children's services which may include OOHC, in-home supports, and NDIS funded supports. The successful candidate will lead a team of Children's Services Leaders and Support Workers, delivering high-quality outcomes for children and young people while effectively managing and leading services. In addition, the role will support the expansion of services provided in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to deliver high-quality disability services focused on excellent customer service and growth, as well as comprehensive knowledge of human rights, trauma-informed principles, and approaches, including positive behaviour support. Strong leadership capability, coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams through authentic engagement are also essential skills for this role.
