Renewable Energy Partnership Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth and partnerships in the renewable energy sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development within the solar or energy storage industry.
- Recruit and onboard high-impact solar resellers and retailers, identifying new market opportunities
- Analyse industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
- Build and deliver compelling sales plans, pitching with purpose to meet revenue targets
- Lead and support partner relationships, offering training, guidance, and technical support to drive long-term value
- Stay across product and tech developments in solar and battery innovation
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and create cut-through at key events
- Track performance, deliver accurate forecasts, and use insights to inform strategy
- A relationship-first, results-driven sales professional with a passion for renewable energy
- 5+ years in sales or business development within the solar or energy storage industry
- Deep knowledge of solar and battery storage systems
- Proven track record hitting B2B sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy
- CRM proficiency + strong MS Office skills
- Willingsness to travel across NSW
