Electrical Engineering Lead

Lead a team of electrical engineers in the design and implementation of power systems.

Our company is a specialist consulting firm with extensive experience in renewable energy and water infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on system integration, regulatory compliance, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and implement solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Contribute to financial planning and project management through estimates, budgets, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Significant experience in power systems across renewable energy, substations, and grid infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in multi-vendor configurations, RTUs, HMIs, and relevant communication protocols.
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with cyber security frameworks and integration with AEMO systems.
