Job Description
The Engineering Manager will lead engagements from advisory to commissioning, driving new and repeat business and leading bids and proposals. The role involves delivering efficient and safe engineering solutions, managing and inspiring a team of power system engineers, ensuring quality and resource alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A recognised Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Chartered status with Engineers Australia is a plus
  • Extensive experience in power system analysis for utility-scale networks, including steady-state, dynamic and electromagnetic transient (RMS/EMT) studies
  • Proven experience with the generator connection process under the Australian National Electricity Rules (NER) or similar frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of NER and Generator Technical Performance Standards (GTPS)
