
Implementing Health Change Specialist

The role of the Healthcare Implementation Specialist is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design interventions and develop resources that improve healthcare outcomes. This specialist will work closely with expert advisory groups, including consumer representatives, to pilot and refine interventions, ensuring successful implementation across various healthcare settings.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data to support intervention implementation. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant discipline, such as clinical disciplines, psychology, or social sciences, and demonstrated understanding of the Australian health system.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to lead formal literature reviews, conduct multi-stakeholder teamwork, and present research findings at conferences and workshops. Additionally, the candidate should be able to travel to research sites, including interstate, for up to one week at a time.
Key Responsibilities:

- Candidates must have relevant rights to work in Australia
