Poultry Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Poultry Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide top-notch administrative assistance, plan and schedule poultry movements, and report key metrics to support the Poultry Manager.

Job Description

As a Poultry Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Poultry Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the Poultry Manager and internal/external stakeholders. You will also coordinate tasks and projects on behalf of the Poultry Manager to ensure smooth operations. In addition, you will assist in planning and scheduling poultry bird movements, organise and maintain confidential documents, records, and reports, and prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation. Finally, you will work closely with the poultry team to implement changes that enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Poultry Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Poultry Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects on behalf of the Poultry Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to facilitate seamless processes.
- Scheduling: Assist in planning and scheduling poultry bird movements.
- Documentation: Organise and maintain confidential documents, records, and reports.
- Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the poultry team to implement changes that enhance efficiency.
