Early Childhood Education Leader

This is a dynamic and exciting role for an experienced educator who can lead, inspire, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be a qualified early childhood educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that foster curiosity and creativity in children aged 0-5 years.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes teamwork and diversity.
- Monitor and support the growth and development of each child, communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe and organized learning environment that prioritizes the well-being and safety of children.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks
- Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
